Bookings
A booking is confirmed after card payment on the site or after a bank transfer against a pro forma invoice is received. The confirmation is sent by email with a booking number. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
Prices
Prices are in euro, including VAT and tourist tax, per room per night with breakfast unless a package says otherwise. A child under 6 in the parents’ room stays free; a child aged 6 to 12 on an extra bed pays half price.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to [14 days] before arrival. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night. Discounted packages follow the same rule unless their description says otherwise.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a licensed payment provider. Card details are never stored on the site. Bank transfer: against a pro forma invoice quoting the booking number.
Shop
Shop orders ship by courier within 3 working days or are collected at the reception. 14-day right of return under consumer law for unused goods. Night vouchers are valid for 12 months.
