What we collect
Name, email, phone and stay dates when you book, order or write to us. Conversations with the site assistant are recorded so we can complete the booking and improve the answers.
Why
To fulfil your booking or order, issue a payment document and answer your inquiry. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (accounting, guest register).
How long
Booking and payment data are kept as accounting law requires. Assistant conversations without a booking are deleted after 12 months.
Who we share it with
The payment provider for card payments, the courier for deliveries and the hotel management system for bookings. We never sell data or send marketing without consent.
